>> Wm "Bill" Maloy – Founder and President: Since its inception in 1966, Bill Maloy has been the driving force behind the company, starting with only a few family members as staff and a very sparse crew in the field. Bill began his career in the industry working in collections for a large Los Angeles car dealership where he gained invaluable knowledge and experience that helped him form his own company. Working in the field for Wm Maloy Company, Bill learned first-hand what was necessary to create a successful company and honed his skills and company policies to match what was needed. Through years of continued growth, Wm Maloy Company has been honored with many awards as a member of ARA, TFA and CALR. Bill is a past president of ARA and CALR and served on the board of both organizations. Currently, Bill works in close tandem with Lisa Maloy in overseeing areas of the company's operations. Bill has also won numerous awards and recognitions including: Bob Dempsey Award from the ARA. He is also a 3 time winner of the Key Award by the ARA. The ARA has also given Bill a Special Recognition Award and the Lorna Lou Barnes Memorial Award. He was named Member of the year by the NFA and also won the Presidents Award and an Award of merit from CALR and a Humanitarian Award from the RSIG.

>> Lisa Maloy – Manager: Armed with a degree from the University of Oregon, Lisa's plan was to attend graduate school and become a teacher at the community college level. Her father, Wm Maloy, suggested she work at the company part-time while attending school. That was 20 years ago when they were doing only 50-75 cars a month. Now, at over 400 cars a month, it's obvious Lisa is here to stay. As the number two in the organization, Lisa's duties involve every aspect of the daily life of the organization as well as other "big picture" duties such as marketing and company growth.

>> Kevin – Liquidator: As a liquidation specialist, Kevin provides clients with a very specific service not always available at other companies. With over 20 years experience with Wm Maloy Company, Kevin has literally worked his way up through the ranks of the business in every conceivable position from office maintenance to field adjuster to his current position. Kevin's vast knowledge and specialized skills make him an invaluable asset to Wm Maloy Company.

>> Sam – Administrator: Sam joined Wm Maloy Company three years ago having had over 17 years experience in collections. He's now the guy with the highly detail-oriented job of making sure that all of the volumes of paperwork required for any account are exactly as they should be. When adjusters go into the field it is Sam who gives them the proper legal documentation required by the various police departments so that everything proceeds smoothly. "No I's undotted, no T's uncrossed."

>> Marlene – Client Updates & Skip Tracing: The "new kid" at Wm Maloy Company, Marlene joined the company less than a year ago. However, her 7 years of experience prior to that time has given the company unique strengths. Even her previous banking experience often comes into play when resolving accounts. Marlene specializes in secondary customers. Marlene is also in charge of one of our most valued services - the constant updating of our clients on their various accounts.
